1. Payment & Shipping
The sales agreement is concluded once payment has been successfully processed through your chosen payment method. Your order will be dispatched as soon as the full amount (including shipping costs) has been received. All orders are shipped via Swiss Post or FexEx.
2. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) or Euros (EUR). Shipping and packaging costs are calculated at checkout and added to the total. Orders are shipped only after full payment has been received.
For deliveries outside Switzerland, the recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees, unless otherwise stated.

This allows all applicable duties and taxes to be prepaid at checkout, so no additional customs charges will apply upon delivery.
We aim to dispatch your order promptly. However, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and are not guaranteed. If an order is refused upon delivery, we will not reimburse any shipping or customs fees.
5. Product Availability and Warranty
We strive to ensure that all listed products are available. However, in rare cases, errors or stock discrepancies may occur. In such instances, you will be notified, and your payment will be refunded if the item is unavailable.
6. Returns
No returns or warranty on sale items.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging. The customer bears all return shipping costs and any payment platform fees incurred.
Flash Sale Items:
These may be returned within 7 days of receipt but are only eligible for store credit, not refunds. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of use, lack original packaging, or are damaged during return shipment. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or untraceable returns.
