For deliveries outside Switzerland, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise stated (e.g., when using the DDP option).

Flash Sale Items:
These may be returned within 7 days of receipt but are only eligible for store credit, not refunds. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
Returns of purchased items must be sent back within 7 days after delivery, including all packaging and without traces of use. The customer will pay all shipping cost for returns and exchanges, as well as any occurring fees by the payment platforms.
The return will be rejected, if there are traces of use, if the product is returned without the original packaging, or if the goods are damaged due to transportation.
